TO OBTAIN A WALL CARD do the following two things...

1/2. Mail a copy of your unaltered DD-214 displaying your service in Vietnam and
a Self-Addressed, (First-Class) Stamped Envelope (SASE) to:

2/2. Send an Email to The American War Library to let them know you will be mailing your SASE within 10 days.

Upon receiving your SASE envelope your Wall Card will be inserted and mailed to the address you designated on your SASE.
