2/2. Mail a copy of your unaltered DD-214 displaying your service in Vietnam and
a Self-Addressed, (First-Class) Stamped Envelope (SASE) to:

Upon receiving your SASE envelope your Wall Card will be inserted and mailed to the address you designated on your SASE.
